Using FleetOS software, you can keep track of the trip and also share the trip details to the people who need to keep track of the same trip.
Let’s learn how to share the LIVE trip plan details.
ABTrucks is managing 3 trips at a given time and one of the executives from the other side of the business wants to keep track of the movements. So, in order to provide those trip information, the ABTrucks fleet owner can use FleetOS system to share those information in a few clicks.
Let’s see how he does that
Login to your FleetOS account using this link.
Once you login, select the Trip Plan tab from the left hand side menu section and choose the LIVE trip plan card that you want to track.
After selecting the trip plan card, you will be redirected to a new screen where you get to track the LIVE status of the trip.
To share the trip status with others, you need to click on the share icon given on the top right side of the screen.
Upon selection, you will get a pop-up to choose how you want to share the trip status. It can be either via Whatsapp or email.
Once you make your choice, you need to provide the Email ID to which you want to share or if you have chosen Whatsapp, then you will be redirected to Whatsapp Web. Here you can sink your whatsapp and share the link to the concerned person.
Likewise, when you choose to send via Email, he/she will receive an email with a link to track the trip progress.
