Without the current driver’s action, fleet operator can force handover the vehicle to manager or driver

During a plan is in progress due to some reason the vehicle may be handover to the manager or to a driver is called handover

What is Extended plan?

The plan which is created after driver completed his previous plan and the vehicle is with him now. This is called extended plan

What is Upcoming plan?
  • Navigate to view plan screen once trip started
  • Click create plan tab and submit the form after filling all the details
  • Once the current plan is completed automatically the next created plan will be displayed in driver’s dashboard
How to track the vehicle with SIM consent?
  • To track the vehicle with SIM consent mode, initiate SIM consent tracking using initiate button
  • Driver will receive a message and he needs to reply with yes option
  • Then SIM tracking will start
How to create a plan?
  • After login, navigate to Trip plan screen
  • Choose a vehicle without plan
  • Fill the plan details such as assign driver, plan type, location details and submit the form
  • Now, a plan is successfully created and it will reflect to a driver app
What is trip and plan?

If a plan is from Chennai to Mumbai & if there are 2 drivers then one driver will drive from Chennai to Bangalore; For that driver it’s a trip but overall from Chennai to Mumbai is a plan

What is the use of this SIM tracking process?
  • For any driver type, SIM tracking is used to track the vehicle for location updates.
  • Sometimes, even smart driver cannot be able to update the status and location due to network or some other issues
How to buy additional pings?

Using buy credits option, fleet operator can buy the pings for tracking purpose

What happens when all the available pings are empty?

Fleet operator cannot able to use the sim tracking mode with the driver's mobile number due to lack of pings

How to change password for my account?
  • After login, click owner option below the company name
  • Click 'Change Password' option
  • Enter the current password & new password
  • Now the password changed successfully
I forgot password for my account
  • Click 'Forgot Password?' link in the login page
  • Enter the registered email id & click Send mail button to get the reset link
  • Go to the registered email and click the reset link
  • Enter the new and confirm password
  • Now the password is successfully reset
How to sign up or login with mobile number?
  • Click Mobile button in the login page & enter the mobile number
  • One Time Password will receive to the entered mobile number
  • Registration page displays for new users
  • Fill the form with details and click register button
How to create account with email & password?
  • Click signup link in the login page
  • Enter the details in the form
  • Click register button
  • Activate the account using the link sent to the registered email
How to register a fleet owner account using Gmail?
  • Click Google button in the login page & enter the Gmail and its password
  • Registration page displays for new users
  • Fill the form with details and click register button
What is the role of a manager user ?

Manager can do every role of an account owner except buying of SIM credits

What’s the role of a member in someone’s organization?

The member user can be able to view the details of plan, vehicle information etc.

I am a member of someone’s organization; Can I able to create a plan to that organization?

No, if you are a member to someone's organization then you can be able to view the plan details but no edit rights

What is Switch Organization?

If any organization is assigned to you, then you may switch to that account using switch option from the drop down menu on top right corner near logout menu

Can I able to leave from the organization assigned to me?

Yes, you can be able to leave the organization using leave button whenever you wish

What is Assigned Organization?

Has the access of using other fleet owner's account in member or manager role once you are invited

Can I able to remove the invited fleet owner?

Yes, you can be able to remove the fleet owner that you are invited

What is ‘My Organization’?

Organizations created by Fleet owners or managers are fall under the category of My Organization

How to create organization?

Login and navigate to Organization side menu and click '+' icon to create a new organization

What is the purpose of Organization?

Fleet owner needs to handle multiple things at a time such as drivers, locations for the fleet trips, fleet managers and members etc., for that, we need some platform to meet those things in a user-friendly manner. So, we are maintaining Organization for that purpose

If a location is mentioned in a trip or any other transaction data then it can’t be deleted

What is the use of Active/Inactive?

Active locations will display in the list while creating plan and inactive locations will not display in the list

What is the use of adding locations?
  • While create plan fleet operator needs to select or enter the location
  • If user add location in location list, this will display under location field as list for selection
How to add Location?
  • Navigate to My Locations list and click Add location button
  • Fill the form and submit it
  • Now location is added successfully
Can a fleet operator change smart driver to usual driver in plan after trip starts?

Yes, after trip starts smart driver can be changed to usual driver due to any emergency or business reasons

App installed but why it is still showing as usual driver?

Driver needs to be registered after installation; then only the driver is considered as smart driver

What is the purpose of invite button?

When the driver has no DRS app then fleet operator send invite link using this option to install the application

What to do with the initiate link?

To track a driver using mobile number, SIM consent option should be enabled using this initiate link

How to differentiate smart driver & usual driver?
  • Smart driver can be able to update the vehicle status through DRS application
  • Usual driver don't have smart phone or having lack of knowledge on using DRS app

  • Navigate to My drivers menu and click add new driver button
